You can reference one of Awakends posts about virtual memory. It will give you good info about how to check it and what the setting should be.
How much memory do u have? That is cheapest and easiest way to get more speed.
Also, did you install anything new on your pc? Such as internet security programs, antivirus programs or anything else that could be taking additional system resources.
Let me know if none of this helps...

Hey I have a small test for you Alexander... Try to play game offline first. -if game is normal offline you might have a connection problem -if game is slow then it is possible you need more physical memory.
Let us know

TMO: I did not install anythin related to internet protection and that is probably not the problem because like i said this problem was for about 1 or 2 months plus i deleted some programms to make my virtual memory run faster i thought that the cause of loads of high mb of games and others might slow down the comp...but my little bro has a comp lol but he wont let me use it but anyways when u press Ctrl-Alt-Delete it shows you the windows task manager on the bottom left my processes was 58 now tha i deleted some programms (games) its deducted to 39 i thought that might make the game go faster and it didnt my bro's processes is/was 58 but its still faster...is there something else i can do ( im not much of a pc expert) Awa[K]enD: the game lags even if i play missions when im offline and when i play it online and is phisical memory=virtual memory :?:

What I have not seen mentioned here yet is
Right click your desktop icon and click on properties...then click inside the Location box and press the END key on your desktop..then press the spacebar one time and type in -quickstart
then click APPLY and then ok.. then restart the game ..a different screen appears..and you have to move your mouse to make the menu appear.
This will stop the movie from running in the background which runs even when you are playing the game.
Other things you can do are lower the graphics settings and lower the texuture and particle cap down and keep tweaking it until you get the desired results you are looking for.
While in the OPTIONS menu..click on REFRESH NAT before you go online.
In the furture when you are asking questions of this nature it is customary to include your system specs so we know what we are dealing with.

Dude...why are you asking questions here when all you do is come back with
I dont think that is the problem
when people give you things to do.. if you are not going to at least try what is suggested then please delete your posts and dont ask anymore questions on this forum.
Like I said we need system specs...without those all anyone can do is give generic remedies.

Yes I know PCs.. I have A+ certification.. and I also have a degree in Networking..plus I am a technical support person...and yet again I ask for your system specs..if we do not get those how can we help..if you call a tech support line..that is one of the first questions that they ask you..trust me I know this I do it all day long. There are many factors that will cause your problem..and until we get information about your system nobody and I do mean nobody is going to be able to help you.

Do you have a graphic's card? If yes, Try to disable it and see if this helps. Do you have some type of virus protection? If no, Maybe you have virus since your physical and virtual memory seem to be ok. I'm not a PC expert like TMO or spamreflex. I just give you tips on what to check or do as i would do if i had same problem. One more question and i leave you alone Alexander.... What kind of processor do you have?
To find the answers to some of these questions you can go to the My Computer icon and right click this. Then go to properties and left click. This will bring up your specifications.
Ex. Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.07GHz, 896 MB of RAM Windows XP Home Edition Version 2002 Service Pack 2 Toshiba/Satellite Mobile intel(R) Awa[k]enD

Thanks Alaxander for the information. I think this will help TMO help you. Maybe it could be your ram. 56mb of ram is not enough to run basic programs. Most programs on my computer need at least 128mb. But Alaxander TMO will be able to assist you more on this. 56mb too low i think
