Most of you probably know about the copy and paste option but to those of you that don't here's a nice bit of info to help you speed up your tasks in the future. In a lot of cases you can select info from things like websites or other embedded undeditable data and select Control + C then go to the area that you want to paste the data and select control + V to paste. Try that on your future applications and see what you think. If you don't get the correct format try opening a notepad document and pasting there first, it will change the format to notepads default format settings and then you can copy and paste from there. ;D Enjoy!!
